The rigging on the USS Constitution - aka "Old Ironsides" - weighs SIXTY TONS??!!
This Dept of Agriculture film was produced to instruct farmers unfamiliar with hemp how to grow this crop that was essential to the war effort. Included is a warning to be sure to first get the required "Producer of Marihuana" tax stamp.
